Heaven’s Door The Bootleg Series Rum Cask Finish by Bob Dylan is a straight bourbon whiskey aged for 15 years, finished in Jamaican rum casks and then bottled at cask strength at 104.6 proof. In the nose is cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate is has hints of dried apricot, sandalwood, with a nutty richness. Also has toasted coconut, holiday spice and toasted oak where the influence from the sugar cane and rum extraction shines.
