Loch & Union Barley Gin Napa Valley

Loch & Union Barley Gin is made starting with a mash of 100% malted barley, which is distilled in a similar way to our Single Malt Whiskey (which we expect to be ready in two to three year’s time) and we use that as the base for the gin rather than neutral spirits.
